Make a Disc DVD Player-Compatible
CyberLink PowerProducer can convert DVD-VR discs to the DVD-Video format, which can be played on most DVD players. You must have a DVD burner to use this utility.
To make a DVD-VR disc DVD-Video compatible, do this:
- Start CyberLink PowerProducer.
- Click
Disc Utilities. - Click
Make Compatible. - Insert your source disc into your drive.
Note: The source disc must be a DVD-VR format disc. |
- Insert your target disc into your burning drive.
Note: The target disc can be a DVD-R/RW or DVD+R/RW format disc. |
- Select the burning options you want:
- Select a recording speed.
- Enter the number of copies you want to make.
- Keep the
Enable buffer underrun protection option checked in order to avoid errors during copy. - The
Keep folder option retains a DVD folder on the disc if one is encountered while converting the disc format.
- Click
Start to begin. CyberLink PowerProducer displays the real-time progress of the task.
